Bocas Del Toro consists of hundreds of small islands and 10-15 world-class waves all within 20 minutes in our high-speed pangas. We have the most experienced guides in Panama and make a point of surfing the best waves every day of the season.

Location
We are located on Red Frog Beach. It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Panama and truly a jewel in the Caribbean. Crystal clear water, white sandy beach, and lush green jungle make this one of the most sought-after beach locations in Panama.
Fishing
We have added a new fishing program to our already world-famous surfing operation. Nachyo Mammas is our new 27 foot Robalo SportFisher and is setting the standard for sport fishing in Bocas del Toro Panama. We target pelagic species such as Wahoo, Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, King Mackerel and Spanish Mackerel. With 25 years of knowledge, we strive to provide an elite experience to all our guests that book their fishing charter with us.

Adventure, travel, and surfing led Scott Balogh to Panama in 2000. While surfing one of Bocas Del Toros world-class waves, he spotted a sign that said "lots for sale." A phone call later, he used his mom's credit card (for emergencies only) for the down payment and bought a book on how to write a business plan. Shortly thereafter, he played golf with a few friends in Maui and pestered them into investing in the project.
The plan morphed and Scott learned along the way. As he began to build, the rains came and washed everything out. Solution? He traded tequila for dirt from the project next door. Many lessons and eight years later Red Frog opened for their first guests.
Scott embodies the motto, "trust your surf guide." He has lived every aspect of the surfer lifestyle as he's created a Balinese-style jungle experience surrounded by epic surfing. Red Frog Bungalows is now known as a premier destination for waves in the western Caribbean.
