Why surf Mentawais?

The Mentawais are one of the most consistent and wave rich surf regions on the planet, offering a huge variety of world class breaks from long playful walls to heavy hollow barrels all within a relatively small area. Thanks to their exposure to Indian Ocean swells, you score reliable surf with favorable winds and far fewer crowds than most global hotspots. Add in warm water, tropical surroundings, and the ability to move between breaks by boat to chase the best conditions each day, and it becomes less about luck and more about scoring the best waves of your life.

Rest up...

This vessel features six fully air-conditioned guest cabins, each configurable as either a double or twin. Every cabin is fitted with a private en-suite bathroom and hot freshwater showers for complete comfort.

Wine and dine

Indulge in a premium onboard dining experience with gourmet meals crafted by our internationally trained chef, using fresh, high-quality ingredients to keep you fueled from sunrise sessions to late-night bites. Whether it’s a quick snack between surfs or a hearty meal after a long day chasing waves, every dish is designed to match the pace of your adventure, with dietary needs seamlessly catered for. Complement it all with our fully stocked bar, featuring signature cocktails, craft beers, fine wines, spirits, and coffee—perfect for unwinding, celebrating, and making every moment onboard as memorable as the waves.

Waves on tap

The Mentawais serve up everything from cruisy walls to heavy, draining barrels, with a stack of options to suit whatever the ocean’s doing on the day. With the ability to navigate at night, you’re always on the move, waking up anchored in front of the pick of the swell and ready to paddle out straight into clean lines and all-time sessions.

How well do I need to surf?

This trip is designed for intermediate and advanced surfers. We will surf many different types of reef breaks including lefts, rights, barreling waves and easy top top bottom waves. All surf session will be accompanied by our surf guides in the water ensuring your comfortable in each linup.
