The surf
We are located in Santa Teresa north, 400 meters up the hill from Paraiso beach, where as soon as you go down to the beach, you will be able to check out at least three very nice beach break spots and less crowded than most surf spots in Santa.
Santa Teresa itself is a blessed surf spot because it has a great consistency during the whole year, for all levels from beginners to advanced surfers, playing with tides, different swell orientations and intensity, warm water, and a very nice atmosphere inside and outside the line-up. Even when it's crowded, there are waves for everybody.
Around the Santa Teresa area, there are other options for you to enjoy different waves depending on surf level and swell conditions where you can get to with a 20 to 40min drive (ATV is the best option!) such as Suck Rock point break, Playa Hermosa beach break, Mar Azul point break, Sunset Reef Pointbreak, Playa Las Lajas point break, Playa Los Cedros point break. We know all of this. We work with amazing local surf instructors and we will be happy to guide or advise you for your best experience. We even offer a secret spot boat surf trip when the right conditions!

The lodge is tucked away in the lush jungle hillside a few minutes from the vibrant town of Santa Teresa and magnificent beaches, perfect for walking, swimming and surfing.
Inspired by the concepts of the Blue Zone, we have created a whole experience waiting for you. On-site you can relax by the pool, take surf lessons, contribute to an ecological project and practice yoga & self-care., an artistic space, an organic garden and several walking trails in nature to discover and connect with yourself. With our excellent renowned chef, a culinary experience awaits you.
The bungalows were beautifully designed with the intention of becoming luxurious pieces of art. Every detail was carefully thought through: from wood choices and decor to features such as 300-thread count sheets, hot water showers, air conditioning and private patios with stunning ocean views.
The Bungalows are perfectly positioned on a hillside to take advantage of both ocean and jungle views. Best choice for a romantic escape, share with your bestie, or for a solo retreat.

Culinary experience
Mornings at Bohemia are simply magic. Listening to the waking sounds of the Jungle, witnessing the sky lightening over the Pacific Ocean and enjoying the peaceful vibe is one of the most exceptional parts of staying at Bohemia. Breakfast is served in the lounge area and prepared with love by our renowned chef Facundo.
Our culinary experience is ecological and healthy, using produce from our garden as well as what our community and natural elements provide us. Our Chef reinvents his cuisine every day, researching ancient techniques and ingredients available in both local markets and our own organic garden.
During the day, he will also prepare an experience just for you according to your tastes and desires basing his art on the elements of air, fire, earth and water as his source of inspiration.

Most of the Bohemia Experience family has been here since the beginning of the project, so the concept is very clear.
