Cabo with Kristian

Welcome to San Jose del Cabo, where the desert meets the sea and perfect waves await.

Why surf Cabo?

The tip of the Baja Peninsula sticks its chin out into the Pacific, ready for any swell that comes its way. Home to too many good waves to name (and some too good to advertise) this stunning desert coastline has something for everyone. A full spectrum of wave options, from shallow reefs to playful beach breaks, along with warm water year-round and minimal crowds make it a gem hidden amid one of the Western Hemisphere’s top vacation spots.

“I grew up on these waves. Every point, every reef, every local spot. Sharing that with our guests is the best part of what I do.”

—Kristian Sand, San José del Cabo

Your private adventure

Who’s it for

The variety of waves makes Cabo a sweet spot for surfers of all kinds. Playful beaches and peeling points are perfect for those looking to improve, while reefs and racey peaks keep more advanced frothers satiated.

When to go

Thanks to its unique positioning, Cabo boasts consistent swells in both Summer and Winter, so there are waves every day if you know where to find them. Warm water year-round and minimal crowds are just the cherry on top.

Make it yours

With no set itinerary, Kristian’s adventures are one-of-a-kind. Let your interests lead you to life-affirming tacos, days that melt into danced-away nights, core memory surf sessions, and more.

Born in the waves of Cabo

Kristian Sand was born in San José del Cabo and has surfed these breaks since he was 6. He’s coached since 2005, managed the Baja California Sur state surf team and competed at the Mexican Nationals. Few people know this coastline like he does, and nobody is happier to share it. Nothing but big smiles and big turns.

Where you'll sleep

From San José to the East Cape, we match you with the right stay for your crew and your budget. Easygoing surf stays through to high-end hotels, for solo travelers, couples, families and groups.
