Trinidad with Chris
Palms shift in a tropical breeze while empty waves peel toward shore, one after the other. This is your private paradise.

Why surf Trinidad?
Peppered with ultra-consistent beach breaks, reefs, and protected coves that offer something on nearly any tide or wind direction, Trinidad’s remote northeastern coast is one of the Caribbean’s best-kept secrets. Warm water and consistent waves are a trademark of the region, and a rich culture and landscape mix in, making this an unforgettable surf adventure.
Hometown Hero
One of Trinidad’s first pros, Chris’s name stands out in his small but dedicated surfing community. After traveling the world, his passion now extends to others, through guiding and Waves for Hope, an NGO he founded with his wife that empowers the local youth through a sport that once saved his own life. Along with a cool, collected demeanor and keen local knowledge, Chris is your key to scoring off the beaten path.

“Trinidad was wow…such a wild, off the map place! Felt like a real adventure and every session was just us in the water, I couldn’t believe it. I can’t say enough about Chris as a guide and as a human — the guy is literally saving people’s lives through surf”
