Trip Highlights
Santa Teresa surfers embrace the sun and surf from dawn to dusk. The vibrant community thrives on a blend of adventure and relaxation, making it a perfect haven for those seeking both thrills and tranquility.

Playa Santa Teresa
Santa Teresa is known as the most hollow beach break around. This mile plus long break offers a range of different spots each with its own unique personality, including the famous ‘La Lora’ — very hollow during mid and low tide.

Playa Carmen
Playa Carmen is a wave that it is best suited for beginner and intermediate surfers with slower, longer rights and steeper lefts.

Playa Hermosa
With long dreamy rides and smooth waters, Playa Hermosa is a beach break made for beginners. Located in a nature reserve with no houses or businesses in sight, just the easy sway of coconut trees and the occasional howler monkey crowd.

Chocolate & Trees
Nestled in the lush forests of Cabuya, this farm sources its cacao from the indigenous communities of Costa Rica. Committed to organic and ethical practices, each chocolate bar is crafted uniquely, reflecting the distinct characteristics of every cacao crop.

Sunsets
The sunsets here are a daily ceremony. The whole community comes out each evening to bask in the fading glow of the day, embodying Pura Vida.

Eat Out, Mellow Out
Dine at some noteworthy local favorites, each equipped with unique personalities and world class vegan options — Somos, Banana Beach, and The Bakery.
